Bishop’s Two-Homer Night Not Enough in One-Run Loss
RedPocket launches four home runs but falls 6–5 to Glacier
KALISPELL, Mont. — The RedPocket Mobiles came out swinging Friday night in Kalispell, launching three first-inning runs before falling 6–5 to the Glacier Range Riders. Braylon Bishop opened the game with a solo home run to left field, and Jordan Harrison-Dudley followed with a two-run shot that brought home Hector Nieves. Glacier answered with four runs in the bottom half to take an early 4–3 lead.
Bishop struck again in the third, hitting his second solo homer of the night to tie the game at 4–4. After Glacier reclaimed the lead in the bottom half, Justin Johnson answered with a solo home run to center field in the fourth, tying the score once more. Bishop finished 2-for-4 with two home runs, two RBIs, and two runs scored, while Harrison-Dudley drove in two. Spence Coffman collected three hits, and Nieves went 2-for-4 with a double and a run.
Glacier scored the deciding run in the sixth when Kyle Ashworth singled home Andrew Collins. Billy Rozakis and Juan Abreu combined for two scoreless innings out of the RedPocket bullpen, with Abreu striking out two in a hitless eighth. The Mobiles were held to one hit over the final five innings, however, as Glacier's bullpen protected the one-run lead and completed the 6–5 victory.
